Basic survival strategy and techniques

You need to understand the stress that come with any disaster. Fear and anxiety along with pain, injury and illness can be major problems. When you are facing a disaster it is easy to let yourself go and give up. You can get past this by being prepared. A healthy well rounded person can physically survive a disaster situation. Even if you are sick or injured you can make it through impossible situations. self confidence is a product of training and knowledge that you can survive the situation, read books and
train yourself to survive.
