500 healing plants

Expressed juice is reducing the stem and leaves of the plant to a juicy mush to be applied to a wound and covered with or bound with leaves. Infusing is usually are made from the leaves or flowers and sometimes the roots. Divide the amount into three doses to take in one day. If you cannot
boil water put it into a container and place in the sun. If there is no sun you can chew and suck on the leaves then spit out the pulp. Make sure to always prepare infusions freshly and never keep more then 12 hours. It is not necessary to use large amounts and remember it takes time to heal.
